Happy 1st Birthday Sydney!

Elmo is back again for another 1st Birthday celebration! My good friends daughter Sydney turned 1 this week and she can say "Elmo!"

This is an 8" Red Velvet cake (to match Elmo!) with Vanilla frosting. It serves about 12 people.

I love making kids cakes...so fun!!!

I was waiting for the this day...to make my best friend of 15 years a cake for her "Bridal Shower"
This is a 2- Tier (6"/8") Chocolate cake with Raspberry filling, and one layer with Chocolate Ganache filing with Health bar candy. The Cherry Blossom design symbolizes good luck! I had so much fun making this cake...Congrats Tina & Chris!

Happy 30th Birthday Stacia!

We celebrated my friend Stacia's 30th birthday this weekend. I was honored to make her this fondant cake. This cake was an 8"round, Strawberry cake w/Chocolate Butter cream filling.
The design was meant to resemble a Greek Key pattern & painted with a gold shimmer dust. I had to incorporate this design for the Greek goddess! Bring on the shimmer dust!

Serves Approx 20 people, $60

Welcome Baby Max

Here is a design created for baby Max. The size is a 6"/8" round, with a sculpted Fondant bear on the top. This cake would be based on my usually $3 per serving and then $25 for the extra detail cake topper. Perfect for a baby shower & kids birthday's!savesave

ELMO Birthday Party!

This is the second time I made this Sesame Street 1st Birthday cake. Elmo is very popular with the toddlers, and I really enjoy being able to create this again since it brings back memories of my little guy turning one last May.

The size of this cake is 6"/8"/10", French Vanilla cake with Swiss Meringue Butter cream, covered in Vanilla fondant. The Elmo faces were made using a template I created to fit the size of the cake. Serves about 75 people.

Baby Shrek Birthday!

This 12" Cake was tinited "green" on the inside to match the color of Baby Shrek, filled with Swiss Meringue Buttercream and covered in Dark Chocolate Fondant. A cake this size can serve about 45 people.

Princess Lola...

This cake was created for Princess Lola. She requested a real crown instead of a fondant one so she could wear it during the party. The cake was 6"/8" French Vanilla with Pink Vanilla Butter cream inside.
