Princess 1st Birthday!

One of my favorite cakes to do...the Princess theme! I have a special place in my heart for polka dots too, what fun! I was thrilled to be contacted by an old high school friend to make this for her daughter Allison's 1st birthday.

Breast Cancer Donation Basket

This Cake Pop basket was created for a Breast Cancer fundraiser. Our cousin has close friends fighting this disease and I wanted to help out with the event. The basket will be raffled off at the fundraiser. The flavor is Strawberry to keep the PINK color on the inside.

Baby Reveal Cake!

This cake was made for expecting parents that wanted a special surprise to find out the gender of their baby. The mama drove right to my house after the Ultra sound appt. and dropped off the envelope with the results! Based on the results, I tinted the icing to reveal if it was a BOY or GIRL! The couple hosted a party with their closest friends & family to reveal the news to them at the same time.

I loved every part of making this cake...the suspense, the colors, the joy, and most of all the look on the expecting Mama's face....

Please someone else do this too!! I'd love to do it again!

Marketing Cake Pops!

These cakes pops were ordered for Ladies night at "Bessie's Boutique" They were designed to match the colors of the store. This is just a display I put together, but for the actual event, they each were put into a clear bag, tied with a ribbon and Bessie business card was attach to the stick. Yum!

Black & White Damask

Here is the classic Black & White 3- Tier (8/10/12) wedding cake idea that I made for the festival this past weekend. It was one of my favorite cakes to make. I want to try this on in a two toned color next time (light pink, dark pink...anyone?!). This cake would cost approx $350, not including flowers or cake stand rental.save
